Average Rates
up to 2000 sq ft: $80-120
2001-3500 sq ft: $120-210
3501 -5000 sq ft: $210 and up
Things to keep in mind:
- We cannot climb higher than a 2-step ladder. Higher items will be dusted with an extension duster.
- Areas not accessible due to safety concerns will not be cleaned.
- We cannot move furniture or large appliances, but we will try to reach any visible places either by hand or with an extension duster.
- Many homes have at least one chandelier or vaulted ceiling fan that we cannot reach by hand.
- Please allow for some dust resettlement after we leave, we try to limit the dust in the air but cannot prevent this entirely.
- Art Work in Frames not covered by glass are dusted only.
- We ask for a minimum of 48 hours notice if you need to cancel. Appointments cancelled within 48 business hours are charged in full.
- For your pet’s safety and ours, if you have a pet that needs to be in a specified area during cleaning, we ask that it’s an area we can stay out of and that they are already in that area upon our arrival.
- Please make sure biological waste is disposed of in a garbage can before our arrival.
